Dr. Nichia M. Faria is a licensed Chiropractor and a Clinical Nutritionist who is here to serve her hometown of Rochester and the Tri-city area.
Dr. Faria uses a 'whole person approach' when taking care of her patients. She has an Associate degree in Computer Science and is working towards her Bachelor’s degree.
In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her 2 dogs. Her hobbies include gardening, antiquing, and frequenting thrift shops.
Kyra G.Chiropractic Assistant & Wellness Advocate
Kyra just recently moved to the state of New Hampshire from New York. However, she grew up right over the boarder in Maine. Kyra is looking forward to becoming a part of the community here in Rochester.
Kyra went to York County Community College and studied Business, but her true passions are physiology and helping animals in need. She adopted her best friend Rosie, an elderly black lab mix, 3 years ago from a shelter that she volunteered at in New York. In her free time, she has taken up refurbishing antique furniture and bringing it back to life! Kyra loves bringing new life into old treasures!
Tabatha M.Licensed Massage Therapist
Born and raised in Rochester NH, most know her as Tabby or (as her preschoolers call her) 'Miss Tabby!' Having coached youth Cheerleading and taught Early Childhood Education for 8 years, she prides herself in remaining an active member of the Rochester community.
Working with children has always been a passion of hers. She earned her teaching certificate and went on to become trained in Behavioral Health, Child Development, Assisting Persons with Disabilities and Health Management.
In 2018, Tabby returned to school for Massage Therapy. In 2019, she graduated and pursued her career in the Tri-City area where she became extremely interested in assisting clients with their rehabilitation journey!
Today, she continues to love the work she does and enjoys being able to help people of all ages reach their wellness goals.
When Tabby is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and fiance as they await the arrival of their first baby! Being outdoors and attending sporting events is her favorite pass time, as well as swimming and fishing with her family.
Dorothy H.Licensed Massage Therapist
Dottie is a lifelong resident of NH and for the past 4 years has called Strafford home. She studied Massage Therapy at Hesser College in Manchester and obtained her NH Massage License in 2004.
Dottie has studied many different modalities of massage over the years, including cupping, reflexology, prenatal massage, hot stone, trigger point, neuromuscular therapy and has been attuned in Reiki level 1.
In her personal time Dottie enjoys playing board games, nature walks, going to music concerts and annual trips to Disney World with her husband, Jeremy, and 11 year old daughter, Riley.

Chris quietly helps accurately complete the scanning, filing, and all the little back office things that need to be done and helps to make the office run smoothly.
When not working, he enjoys movies, music & concerts, and going to the gym.
