Dr. Nichia M. Faria is a licensed Chiropractor and a Clinical Nutritionist who is here to serve her hometown of Rochester and the Tri-city area.
Dr. Faria uses a 'whole person approach' when taking care of her patients. This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Kyra just recently moved to the state of New Hampshire from New York. However, she grew up right over the border in Maine. Kyra is looking forward to becoming a part of the community here in Rochester.
Kyra went to York County Community College and studied Business, but her true passions are physiology and helping animals in need. She adopted her best friend Rosie, an elderly black lab mix, 3 years ago from a shelter that she volunteered at in New York. In her free time, she has taken up refurbishing antique furniture and bringing it back to life! Kyra loves bringing new life into old treasures!

Rochelle (Raeka) G.Craniosacral Therapist
Raeka is a Registered Nurse, Veteran of the U. S Army Reserves and Craniosacral Therapist (CST). She has 20 years of experience in CST. She has studied at the Upledger Institute and directly with Don Ash, Founder of Craniosacral Therapy Alliance.
Raeka is also a Transformative Nurse Coach helping nurses overcome burnout and leading them to make their own wellness and professional empowerment a priority.
In her personal time Raeka is a nature enthusiast who loves to guide others on mindfulness nature walks and hikes.
