I hope this letter finds you & yours Healthy and Happy!  We survived the fun and stress of the holidays!  Now is the time to sit back, reflect on 2011, and focus on new priorities and self-care.

The New Year brings some exciting changes.  I have expanded my space.   I have added a new treatment room as well as a common room for yoga, lectures, and some local retail.  Dr. Faria and I welcome any new ideas.  We are curious to know what you would like to see in the future at The Haven House.  Are there lectures, classes, activities, or events that would interest you?  Please drop us a line - we would love to hear from you!  Reiki 1 & Infant Massage classes are coming soon!
